Major system improvements

MP3tunes is nearing a million users and our original system and architecture was struggling with the load. We're happy to announce we've done a major upgrade to increase the capacity in anticipation of the next 9 million users. One of the benefits is that you should experience faster browsing and searching for your music on all your MP3tunes connected devices. We hope you'll enjoy it!

Your music locker is now your MEDIA locker

Now you can upload your personal videos to your MP3tunes Locker. You can view your videos in a web browser wherever you go. This is great for saving footage of your daughter's soccer game or your friend's rockin' party. But, it gets so much better.....

Not only can you upload your personal videos, you can share them with your friends and family with just a click!

Here's how you can add (and share) videos from your MP3tunes Media Locker:

1.) First, you have to add some videos to your Locker. There are 3 ways you can do this:

• MP3tunes web-based uploader
• MP3tunes LockerSync (Mac/Windows/Linux)
• DownloadHelper (an add-on for Firefox which allows you to save videos)

2.) Now, choose the video to send. Log in to mp3tunes.com and locate the videos you uploaded. Click the icon next to the video and select "Send to...."


3.) Type your friend's email address and click "Send". That's it! The Locker will send your friend or family member an email with a link to your video.
